How do I use the promo code?
Once you have added your product(s) to cart please click on checkout at the bottom of the cart page. Then you will see SHOW ORDER SUMMARY at the top of a new page. Please click to expand it and you will be able to use your promo code at the DISCOUNT CODE field that will open. 

How much is the shipping?
The shipping is free within USA

How much time would it take to get my package delivered?
Usually it takes 2-7 business days to be custom designed and then 2-6 business days to travel to our customers. 

Do you ship outside of USA?
As of now we ship all around USA

How can I track my order?
We will email you the tracking number ASAP

Can I have it delivered to any different address?
Absolutely!

What is your return policy?
You have 7 days to test our product and return it at your cost if you are not satisfied 100%

Can I change/modify my order?
Yes, you can change or modify the order before we are shipping it to you. If it has been already shipped to you please contact us at arboretumnyc.com@gmail.com

How will I know that my order has been shipped?
We will notify you by email as soon as we process your payment and have the tracking number ready

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with your debit card. You can also use MasterCard, Visa or American Express Credit Cards. And we do accept Apple Pay.

Is it safe to use my CC with you?
Yes, we do use Secure Trading system to ensure the safest data transfer.

Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?It is optional, but if you will create an account it will be easier to purchase further products. Also we are not keeping your CC or Debit Card info for security reasons.
